課程目標

Upon completion of these modules, the learner should be able to: (1) understand the fundamental concepts of management theory and the management process, (2) articulate the significance of management functions, and (3) apply the management theories to the real organizational settings.

課程內容

The content of this EMI course consists of 10 modules that cover all aspects of the management functions. The first three modules are the foundation of the course, introducing the four management functions and ethical reasoning. Modules 4 and 5 are about the planning function. The second management function, organizing, is covered in modules 6-7, whereas the third management function, leading, is discussed in modules 8-9. The last module introduces the fourth and last management function, controlling.
